  • Questioned unnecessary expenditures and pushed for operational efficiency.

  • As Finance Chair, I pushed the district to explore alternatives to the NJ State health plan while maintaining comparable coverage, which helped reduce projected costs in the budget by nearly
    $5 million.

Student Safety & Wellness

  • Supported anti-bullying efforts and a culture of respect across schools.

  • Supported school safety upgrades, emergency preparedness, and responsible facility improvements.

  • Focused on maintaining safe and supportive school environments for students and staff.
